How Deck8 Ltd handles enquiries and technical information on the MixRelay website.
Information you send us
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional telephone number, subject and message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry, including requests about beta access, product feedback or subscriptions. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or start a paid subscription. The notice beside the Send enquiry button explains your agreement to this use. We record the notice version, submission time and statement shown with the enquiry. You can withdraw consent by contacting the data contact below.
Storage and access
Enquiry contact details and messages are encrypted in the application database. Access to the website inbox requires administrator sign-in. Essential sessions, request protection and short-lived rate limits help operate the website and protect its forms. Information may also be handled by our hosting and email providers as described below. We do not sell enquiry information.

Contact the data contact below to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent where applicable. If you are unhappy with our handling of personal information, you can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Website scope
This notice describes mixrelay.uk and its enquiry form. The authenticated MixRelay remote and any future subscription checkout have separate processing requirements; their relevant information will be provided where those services are used.

Enquiries are stored securely for up to 72 months, unless an applicable ongoing-service retention requirement applies. The website’s retention task removes enquiry records after this period. Rate limiting uses a hashed network address for up to one hour for enquiries and 15 minutes for login attempts. Application security logs are retained for 84 days and exclude enquiry text, passwords and raw IP addresses.
Our hosting provider is OVH. Email correspondence is handled through Microsoft 365. Hosting service logs may include network addresses and request/error information. Retention of these external logs is managed through the hosting configuration; contact us for details.
Analytics on this website
Google Analytics is currently disabled on this website. No Google Analytics tags or measurement requests are loaded.
